How are the units delivered?
We arrive with a crane truck that lifts the unit over your fence.

Are there any restrictions?
We must have enough clearance between the fence and the electric lines. Large trees on fence line may cause additional work.

Is there any site prep necessary?
We use blocks to balance most units in uneven yards. If slope to too great then some leveling may need to be done by homeowner.

What happens if I need to move?
We will move the unit (once empty) to your new property for a small moving fee, you can cancel your contract and we will pick it up, or if your unit is paid for we will buy it back.

How do I pay for the unit?
You can pay by credit card over the phone, bank draft or we will invoice you monthly and we do accept checks or money orders.

Are all the units the same?
Yes, 100 sq. ft. each

How far will you deliver?
Almost anywhere in New Mexico and West Texas. If it is out of our area, we will refer you to other dealers.

Are the units weather proof?
The units are weather proof but not air tight.

Can any mice/animals get it?
The units are mouse resistant if the door remains closed, but small bugs may get in.

How is it locked?
We use a tamper resistant key lock that can’t be cut off with bolt cutters or hack saws.

What if my unit needs repairs?
Minor repairs such as trim or door replacement can be done on site. For major repairs, the unit must be picked up and fixed at the factory.

What if I lose my key?
We charge $18 plus tax for a replacement lock set, so if your key is stolen you don’t have to worry about somebody getting into your unit.
