How are the units delivered?
We arrive with a crane truck that lifts the unit over your fence.
Are there any restrictions?
We must have enough clearance between the fence and the electric lines. Large trees on fence line can make extra work/fee.
Is there any site prep necessary?
We use blocks to balance most units in uneven yards. If slope to too great then some leveling by the homeowner will need to happen.
What happens if I need to move?
We move the unit (once empty) to your new property. A small moving fee applies. You can cancel your contract and we will pick it up. If you own your unit we may opt to buy it back at a negotiated price.
How do I pay for the unit?
We accept checks and money orders. Also, credit card over the phone, online payments, bank draft or monthly invoice.
Are all the units the same?
We have 2 sizes 10′ x 16′ and 8′ x 12′.
How far will you deliver?

Are the units weather proof?
The units are weather proof but not air tight.
Can any mice/animals get it?
The units are mouse resistant if the door remains closed, but small bugs may get in.
How is it locked?
We use a tamper resistant key lock.
What if my unit needs repairs?
Minor repairs such as trim or door replacement will happen on site. For major repairs, the unit can get picked up and fixed at the factory.
What if I lose my key?
Replacement charge for a lock set is $18 plus tax. If your key goes missing you don’t have to worry about somebody getting into your unit.
